For all regular-price merchandise, refund policy is 15 days. After 15 days of receiving your Imli purchase we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return please abide by the following:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Items must be in original packaging.
• Worn and/or laundered items cannot be returned.
• Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please print
the receipt and include it in your return.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund in the time noted above, please first check with your bank and/or credit card company. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
If an Imli item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item upon its return.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping a returnable item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless these measures are taken.
