Refund policy
Returns
Our refund policy is 15 days. After 15 days of receiving your Imli purchase we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return please abide by the following:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Laundered items cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please print the receipt and include it in your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in the time noted above, please first check with your bank and/or credit card company. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at purnima.imli@gmail.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless damaged.
Gifts
If an Imli item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item upon its return.
Shipping
To return your Imli product, please send it to: 148 Riverdale Avenue, Toronto ON M4K 1C3, Canada.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if not trackable.
